dotplays respects the rights of creators. dotplays does not host the original media; files are fetched from the source platform when a user submits a link. If you believe dotplays is being used to infringe your copyright, send a notice containing:
- Your full name and contact email.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The URL of the original work and the URL(s) involved.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Rights holders can also ask the source platform to remove the content directly; once removed there, it can no longer be downloaded through dotplays.
